When you end up in a burnout because of work, this often has to do with several aspects.
– You find it difficult to set boundaries.
– You have a huge sense of responsibility
– You’re a perfectionist
– You feel that you are irreplaceable
– You have been bullied and have not been able to find support from your colleagues or manager
– You have been traumatized by some of the work you had to perform
Burnout symptoms are different for everyone. A distinction has been made between 4 categories. The mental state, physical state, behavioral state, and the emotional state.
