Do you recognize the signs of burnout? and are you curious what you can do to prevent these signs from getting worse?
Burnout is difficult for many people to recognize. This is because many signs have been going on for so long that we feel as if they are a part of ourselves. If you want to know more about the topics below, I would like to invite you to my webinar and tell you more about it.
In my webinar: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘵? I will answer this question and explain:
It still happens too often that people realize too late that they are in a burnout.
I remember like it was yesterday when I felt burned out for the first time. For me, it felt like one day I was doing super well and the next my whole life was crumbling. Which of course was not the case, because unconsciously and consciously I had ignored so many signals.
I had been very tired for a while, I had been suffering from headaches for weeks; I slept badly almost every night; I had not been able to concentrate properly for a long time and I often lashed out at my friends and family.
If only I had known sooner what it looked like when I had a burnout. Maybe it would never have come to that.
You don't have to be this story. By doing the burnout test you can immediately see whether you have a burnout or if you are at risk of getting a burnout and what you can do to ensure that your situation does not worsen.

Becoming a mother has shown me a different side of life. The side of life where experiences are more valuable than things and where I've come to realize that the love I've felt so far never comes close to the love I feel for my little girl.
But besides becoming a mother, 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘴. I am still a burnout coach, entrepreneur and avid athlete. I still like going out, eating out and catching a movie and that is the side that needs attention at the moment.
